Duncan Sanderson rewired my entire basement, installed car charger, and performed many other electrical works on my property in 2021. For the entire 11+ months he worked here he did not have an electrical permit. Because of Duncan's WILFUL neglect I am now in the process of paying thousands of dollars to fix the unpermitted work Duncan did here. I will be suing Mr Sanderson in the immediate future once I get the entire scope of damage he has caused!
