I was initially happy with the advice and service. I purchased and paid for the blinds recommended. Dave offered to come and measure. He did but I had my own installer. When I picked up the blinds, the installer found they were the wrong size and couldn't fit. I had to take one back to be cut, and then it still only fit when Dave removed hardware. I asked him to check if the valences fit. He said they did. They didn't The valences also did not cover the hardware and looked bad. Dave subsequently ignored emails and refused to come and fix the problems. I had to spend more money to get them fixed and installed properly. I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN1
