While the kitchen cupboards look nice, the customer service was poor. Initially, 3 cupboards were supposed to be painted on the inside but this didn’t happen because it was decided not to do the interior spraying without customer consultation. I asked if Rade the owner would call me to discuss and even though I was told he would call this never happened. On the day of the install, they were short one handle. I was told that it would be brought on the next work day which was Monday. Rade gave me his cell phone so that I could call him if I had a problem. Over the weekend, I texted him to ask him if he could come back to make some needed adjustments on some of the re installed cupboard doors that were out of alignment and rubbing each other. I didn’t hear anything on Monday nor did I receive my handle. It’s been 3 weeks and still no response. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
