Getting them to come out the day before New Yeear's eve was a relief, in more ways than one. Having a clogged toilet is not a good way to start the year off. The guy came out, basically rodded the toilet & all is well. For that I am extremely thankful. However, when I asked the guy about a future job (replacing the inside of the toilet bowl), the price he gave me was outrageous. He gave me a high rate, that if I were to call Ace for the same job I know they would not have charged me that amount. He must have thought all jobs required double the fee.
