Our air conditioner was not cooling and the outside unit kept freezing up we had called other service who said it was low on freon, but after a couple of weeks it was back to the same old thing. Steve took time to investigate and discovered when we had our house resided someone put a nail through the copper pipes and the freon was slowly leaking out! he fixed the problem and our AC has been working greag ever since.
