Tim came out right away to look at my dryer, said he needed to order two parts and would be back the following week. Waited two weeks, left a couple of messages and never got a call back. Blocked my caller ID and called, he answered right away, told me he was waiting for parts to come in. I asked him to get an ETA for parts and call me. Never did. Wasted six weeks in total waiting for him before I called another company. They took care of the problem in two days. So unprofessional
