We have two toddlers...always a challenge when buying new furniture. We purchased a Lakefront sectional from Harlem Furniture in August, 2007. Not only do all spills and stains come off easily from the microfiber fabric, it has no sharp angles that might hurt a child. In addition, the sectional comes in pieces, which makes it possible to arrange it differently and to move pieces from one room to another. It's light enough to move a few sections upstairs for a guest bed, for example (the pieces hook together to make a comfortable, stable bed). Several guests have slept on the sectional and found it very comfortable, including a picky mother-in-law. To sum up, the sectional is easy to clean, child-friendly, versatile, and was altogether a great value. The staff at Harlem Furniture was very helpful and the delivery service was prompt and excellent.
