This company 'completed' my roof replacement 6 years ago. This year I found a huge error done by the company - they did not open up the roof to the scupper and subsequent downspout. Therefore, the water was not able to drain from the flat roof. This has caused the roof to hold water, buildup of debris and cause breakdown of roof membrane. This roof was assessed by another company and multiple other faulty workmanship was found. This will result in me having to replace this roof 20 years before it should have been if it was completed properly.
