Adam and his crew were very professional identified many issues when re-sheeting the roof and made the appropriate corrections. The house was build 100 years ago and the roof needed repair due to ice damming and poor ventilation in the attic. They identified issues and provided fixes for example the new gutters were not properly attached and they also opened up the soffits to allow proper venting. If you want a roof done right and not have surprises down the road I would definitively recommend going with these guys. To help me understand the issues they provided me photos and options of what could be done to remedy the situation.
