We simply wanted the flooring vinyl glued down as it had rippled but Carl found that the toilet was leaking and there was mold on the wood over the concrete. He removed the damaged wood and replaced it, suggested we replace the vinyl with waterproof laminate. He handled the problem efficiently and we are very happy with the flooring he suggested.
