Jeff Lavigne is the only plumber allowed to be called when there is an emergency in our building. He has worked hand in hand with the manager, and does a fantastic job. His fee is not all that expensive and customers are always satisfied. You may always rely on Jeff to arrive and find the problem, with his years of experience, it is very difficult for any other plumber in his category to take his place. This is why his name and phone number is automatically given to tenants when they purchase a suite in this building. He gets the job done.
