Ken is wonderful and friednly to deal with. If he says he'll be there today, he is and he goes abve and beyond what is required. He does what is right and best for the client. Moving a sprinkler head doesn't seem that complicated unless you have a t-bar and a cutoff valve to deal with. done in one day.
After getting quotes on a deck and being told mid-july to end of August when they can build. I was told to go to Totem. Linda was my angel. She got a contractor to contact me about the deck. a drawing was done and supplies were ordered. Pricing was up front and no hidden cost. The process took a whole week. from quote to order to build. Melissa does a excellent job at cleaning. I hired her for the spring cleaning of light fixtures. She removed them all and dusted the light bulbs, also changed a few and also washed and cleaned the light fixtures. Then I asked if she would do randome clenaing jobs, like moving the stove and fridge to clean in behind and also the one a month cleaing of the tiolets to give them a good cleaning. Absolutely. No job is to great or to small. She is super fast and effiecient. I hard giving people this information, I rather keep her a secret because she is that good, but she needs to be known also, she is that GREAT!!
Family run business, they came in , super fast and provided me tips on how to save money on furnace filters and keeping my furnace clean. HEPA furnace filters , as great as we think they are , need to be changed once a month, They were so informative and advised me that my furnace was leaking oil because of the filter. So thankful they told me the different and saved me a huge cost.
