On Dec. 15th, 2019 my wife received multiple calls from her brother in panic saying the roof is leaking water inside the house, immediately my wife started looking, researching then called over 12 roofer companies. Jay is the only one returned her call within 30 minutes. He came to meet us within 2 hours to investigate & assess water leak situation, then the assessment result was worst then we expected; confirmed by pictures. The shingles we had suppose to last for 25 years, it's all falling apart at 20 years and crumbling. Jay is very nice, professional & understanding, even it's late in the season for shingles replacement, he said to us he will do the work but depends on his suppliers, he called around to work things out for my family. Under 15 minutes we got the good news that he has the materials and his team will do the emergency roof repair & Shingles replacement for my family. Even it was snowing, Jay & his team got it done. Many Thanks to Jay & his team. My family is safe & sound & no internal damage in the house. My family is very happy with the roof work, I have attached before & after pictures. One thing for sure you can trust them, they do excellent work & very reliable. I just wish our world has more people like jay & his team, thanks for your awesomeness!!!
