HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I do not know how everyone has rated them so highly, my experience with them has been the exact opposite. Have not come across such unprofessional service providers ever and this is not the first time I have had my house painter but this is first time using Natik. And the last. They left my house in disarray:, the remains of their lunch littered all over my lawn and my neighbors, half drunk Tim Horton coffee cups all over the house, cans of pop left in the driveway and on the porch. In addition to the following, which tells you about their level of professionalism: - Paint drops all over my floor. - Painters tape left hanging on the wall - refuse to help put the furniture back in its place. Never ever has a painter refused to help put the furniture back - dumped their plastic cover on my kitchen floor I DO NOT recommend this paint company. Unprofessional.

Company Response

Although I can sympathize that it's a stressful time for everyone with the current pandemic impacting us all, this review is frankly unfair and, in large part, untrue. You were thanking us for our hard work after we had finished your painting project, several times.
To start, we were obligated just to paint your bay windows outside. The wood was totally rotten and in need of repair before painting. You asked Tony to purchase new cedar and replace all of the broken pieces for you. He is not a carpenter, but he wanted you to be happy with the end result, so he did it. You said you'd compensate us for the labor and materials; you didn't. When we brought this up, later on, you responded with anger. You also said you'd pay us for the pipe that we repaired in your laundry room which also wasn't part of the agreement; you didn't. These are things we did on top of the painting that was agreed upon. It's comforting to know that you didn't say one single thing about our workmanship. That being said, as for the spots on the floor, we'd be more than happy to come to fix those for you, assuming it wasn't there from the previous paint job. Everything was covered with drop sheets and paper. We have always been here to assist and given the chance to rectify things.
In regards to us refusing to move furniture for you? If it wasn't us who moved it, then who did? Not only did we move the furniture at the start of the job, but we also moved it back again when we were finished. It's also worth mentioning that we lost 2 entire workdays for 4 people when we showed up for the agreed-upon start day and you turned us away without notifying us prior. Then when we came back, you had done absolutely nothing to prepare the space for painting.
We work very hard to keep our customers happy, and it's so disheartening when you go out of your way to help people, only to get completely blindsided.

If you would like to discuss things further offline we're here to assist you.

Sincerely,
Natik Painting
