He helped us in so many ways, always in a friendly and professional manner leaving us feeling that we were taken care of and all our needs served. It did not matter what time it was or what he was doing, he always gave us the time of day to review and address our concerns. He not only helped us with installing a new roof but helped deal with many other issues in the home that needed fixing and upkeep. We now have a 30 year old home that feels new. He was not the cheapest quote from the companies we interviewed for the work on our house, however, there were absolutely no issues with the work he provided us and the results left us with a comforting impression that he is our friend and welcome to our home and certainly welcome to work on any projects involving renovations in the future. He is insightful, full of novel ideas and always attacks every problem with both an open mind and an analytical approach. My husband is a physician and extremely meticulous in all his dealings and was relieved that Gordon took care of all our needs with respect to our home.
