We just moved to Orleans from Toronto, so we have limited knowledge of service providers in the area. The service person showed up on time, I was actually late. He quickly assessed the problem, our the kitchen faucet was leaking, and recommended a solution, which was a new faucet. He started to install the faucet then realized the one I had purchased was to tall and would not work, he waited while I ran to purchase a new one. The quote was the problem!!!! I have had professional plumbing services in to change faucets, and it cost no more than $200, this quote was $375. So if you have no price barrier, then this company would be fine.

From the first interaction with red robin I was very impressed. Dave was very quick to provide a quote and answered my many questions. The work was done in November. After the winter we noticed some imperfections with the job a nd the stone we chose. Not only was Dave quick to fix the work, they replaced the stone which we had chosen, which had nothing to do with their work. The stood by their word and I would highly recommend red robin to anyone. Thanks guys our porch looks beautiful! Erin and Scott
