Called Ryan and he came to estimate the job the same day. Sergio showed up later that day and removed the old deck. The team showed up and worked to build the new deck under less than optimal conditions of cold, snow and wind. They did a fabulous, professional job and I am very satisfied with the result. These people are friendly, helpful and experts at deck installation. No hesitation in recommending them.
Driveway Pavement Removal and Replacement
I had Pave-Tech Orillia Inc. replace my driveway in June 2019. Joe came and did the estimate. He made some great suggestions on some widening. Because of topography I had one corner of the driveway with a large 45 degree downward slope from the corner. Joe made a suggestion on construction of a retaining wall. I incorporated these suggestions into the project. The crew arrived on the appointment date. They did an excellent job of removing the old pavement. They located a couple of clay deposits that had to be removed and then completed the preparations for paving. The crew were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They located the wire for my cable service and rerouted the wire to accommodate the new driveway. When they did the paving I was impressed with how many times they measured the thickness to ensure I got what was promised. I waited to do this review to see how the driveway settled. It is perfect. I would recommend Joe and his crew without hesitation.
