I needed a GFCI breaker for my house, so I called Westburne. They didn't have it in stock, but it was on order and they offered to hold it for me once it arrived. They called when it arrived and I picked it up the next day, so far so good. When I got home, I realized that they gave me the incorrect breaker so I returned it with my receipt and the original packaging. They don't actually give you a credit, just a return authorization and it's 100% up to you to ensure you get the right credit, in fact when I called to follow up the next week the unhelpful employee "didn't want to get involved" and told me to wait up to 30 days and check my credit card statement. Surprise surprise, they charged me a $40 restocking fee for giving me the wrong part. My advice: try the other places first, unless you like wrong parts and unhelpful (rude) employees.
