Our bathroom renovation plans were expedited when our bathtub leaked through our ground floor ceiling! I called Rob (who had been in to give me a quote a week earlier) who arranges for his plumber to come and fix the leak the same day. Rob always returned our calls promptly, answered all of our questions patiently and listened to what our needs were. His trades were on time and professional. The work was finished on time and on budget and the results were great. This was our first renovation experience and Rob and his group made it a great one. We will certainly call Rob for our next projet!
