Absolutely dependable, is all I would say about the G-Tech team. They know their trade and showcased tremendous expertise, while they worked. However, what's sets them apart, beyond their technical acumen, is their customer focus. They literally worked at my site as if it was their own home. I requested their help for a specific task and they went above an beyond by offering me more than what I needed, without me asking for it. Outstanding communication too. All three gentlemen who worked at my site carried an immensely pleasing aura. Impeccable service attitude. Had an issue with my furnace later and this was none of their fault. The gentleman offered to pay me a visit at 10 in the night, with a travel distance of more than an hour. On my request, I was offered consultation over the phone (video call) and my issue was sorted. Turned out, it was my other contractors inadvertent fault. I am extremely satisfied with the whole team and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs any service related to HVAC and mechanical stuff. Pretty sure they are good with anything they offer under their umbrella of services.
