when we decided on a carpet for our basement we went with empire today cause all of the advertizing, when they came to our house for the in home estimate the saleswomen was very professional, we decided on the carpet, and set a install date. the installers were promt, acatually showed up 2 hours early, courtious and did an outstanding job, will defintly use again in the future
