I have to say I had an exceptional experience with this company. I hired them for a railing installation for our home in Scarborough and from the beginning, they were very honest and respectful. I first reached out to them at the beginning of March to get a quotation for the project. I reached out to at least 5 different companies regarding my job and Jay was the only one that was responsive and got back to me quickly. After we discussed some details over the phone, he came out to my home and we went into more details about what I would like done for my project. After taking measurements of everything, jay told me he could have it done within 2 weeks and he was true to his word. He actually ended up getting the glass ready within a week and a half and took 2 days to install all the glass railings with his team. I'm very impressed with the work and customer service I received. I have dealt with quite a few contractors in the past and I can honestly say working with these guys was truly a stress-free process.
