8/10

I woke up in a early winter morning to no heat in my new house. The heating system is two years old and is top of the line. The repair man came out rather quickly and was able to recognize the problem. I was surprised that the repair person was not capable of letting me know the cost of parts or labor and that I would be billed later. needless to say the switch replacement cost 90.00 and labor cost was upward of $ 160.00. The service was good but without knowing costs up front again I would be hesitant to contact them again.

Approximate cost of services:
$300.00
