I dealt with Anthony the sales rep from Canadian Choice, he is has many years experience and in the window replacement business and has eduacauted my wife and I to make the right choice on our first time buying windows and doors. Anthony is not to pushy and wants you to make a decision. They want you to make the right decision because it's a long term commitment. The installation process from start to finish was an excellent experience, they were clean and thorough. The installation team lead by Igor, he is fantastic and an artist, especially when it comes to bay windows... All I can say I highly recommend this company for windows and doors.
