Last November when my gas fireplace stopped working, a good friend recommended that I contact Classic Fireplace for servicing. I knew the fireplace was old and that parts were scarce, so when the technician took a look inside and told me that the base was cracked, I realized it was time to have it replaced. Shortly after, Terry Ryan came over to take a look at my fireplace and helped me to choose a new one that would fit perfectly. I was delighted to find out that the service call I paid was taken off the balance of my new fireplace. It might seem like a little thing but I felt like it just added to the positive experience. Last week Steve and Shawn came do the installation, and in the process of doing so, they found that my old fireplace had some very creative venting issues, plus it had not been installed to code. Scary! It took them a little longer than expected but they didn't rush the job, they took their time to make sure it was done right. In fact, Steve came back a few days later to do a couple of touch ups and it looks amazing. Terry, Steve and Shawn were professional, courteous and there is no doubt in my mind that they really care about the job they are doing. I can't recommend them enough!
