I hired FuDa to do house renovation, including hardwood floor replacement, stairs replacement, kitchen refacing, laundry room restoration and some other minor fixes. While I was choosing renovation teams, FuDa owner Kenny provided solid suggestions and quoted a reasonable price, without pushing me to extend the scope of renovation. Kenny and his team have been very professional and dedicated. I added extra workload in middle of the renovation, and Kenny was able to re-arrange the timeline accordingly. I also asked the workers many questions about the rationale behind some of the work they did (just out of curiosity). They were able and willing to explain to me. One thing they could improve is effective communication, for example regularly providing project updates to the client. There were couple of miscommunications through the project, which led to some delay in the project. Overall, Kenny and FuDa team's work deserves recommendation and acknowledgment. I look forward to working with them in the future again on a larger project.
