i've been using their water softening system over 15 years. Their staff were nice and helpful. Every five years, their staff came to my home to replace resin with very reasonable pricing. Just now I was panic wondering whether my system might be too old and having programming problems, whether I need a new system... A very nice lady (I believe she is their operator) over phone explained some technical information to me, and schedule an appointment for inspection and will offer me their best recommendation - whether repair or replace. I'm glad to know that their system can be function for 25 years!
