Nick has done several large renovations for me including demolitions over the past few years. Nick has always been reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and his pricing is very reasonable. I’ve hired many trades people over the years and most of them are unreliable. They have either shown up late or rescheduled the day of the appointment. Once the invoice has been paid and a problem has arisen, it’s been next to impossible to have then return to do any corrections. I highly recommend Nick for any handyman or renovation services.
