InverterRUs has the poorest services. No replies to emails and phone. Waste of Money and Time. I called their customer services for two weeks, 2 hours on phone listening Bethawan's music. Left messages several times. No replies, no call back. Sent email five times to no avail. They don't answer the phone, and they don't reply emails. Their products are most of the time repaired and used. Many reviews on that. I wished if I had read their reputation on line.

- Hire more than one person to answer inquiries and RMA and other issue. Only one person is doing all.

- InverterRUs is a total waste. Many reviews shows second and used products were shipped. Do not purchase their products.
