Contacted Bavarian and and spoke with Barry about replacing (4) windows. After a brief discussion on window types and sizes, Barry emailed us a quote. Then went down to the showroom and Barry walked us through the different window manufacturers, the pros and cons, the styles and their efficiencies. On selecting the styles, Barry came out to take the measurements and we later met to place the order. At this time Barry pointed out to us an issue that he had overlooked and that we would have to change to a higher price unit. Barry absorbed the additional cost and held the price that he had quoted. The Installation took place as promised and the installers went far and beyond the call of duty. An excellent installation all around. We are very impressed with Bavarian, so in the year 2020 we will have them change the remaining windows.
