I am a manager in a retail shop that deals with Shnier. we bought Wicander corked vinyl from them for one of our customers. Our customer called in November 2018 about an issue in her floor. We contacted Shnier and they said they will have look on it. It took them 3 months to go and inspect, and 6 months to give the customer and answer that they have to do a better professional inspection to solve her problem. After I spoke with them they blamed the instalation, although the install was done by code and professionally. We are about to be in June and my customer is still unhappy, unsatisfied and she wants them to fix. Unfortunately it turned out that Shnier has terrible qualities, fake warranties and an awful service. Stay away from their products.
