I am thoroughly satisfied with the work Top Rank Renovation did on my basement. Patrick was very honest and professional from the beginning. He worked with the budget I had to create a space that was perfect for my family. It was really refreshing to work with someone who was not just after the money but showed genuine concern for the comfort and satisfaction of his clients. He was very creative and the fact that he was able to do all the plumbing and electrical aspects of the job made things so much easier for me.
