Rocco was very quick to respond to my queries and made a site visit very quickly. His work was all top notch and he was happy to respond to any questions about the plans as well as the general building permit process. I would recommend him to anyone. He was also very quick to arrange for a building permit as well as recommend a few contractors to have the work done.
Removal of a load bearing wall
I was referred to Braga contracting by my architect. Tony was very quick to visit my home to provide an estimate and even with his busy schedule got my job done within a satisfactory timeline. The job consisted of the demolition of a few interior walls, one of which was load bearing, and replacing it with a fourteen foot beam. This also necessitated reinforced footings in the basement. Throughout the job Tony showed extreme attention to detail and was always concerned with how the final result would look. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and I cannot say that I had any problems. Tony was even flexible enough to complete a couple other items outside the scope of the original agreement. I would recommend Tony and his crew to anyone.
