Mark was phenomenal. He explained everything in simple yet detailed terms that gave us confidence to solidify the decision of purchasing a home. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions even the ones we thought were "ridiculous" and he made us feel understood as he addressed our concerns and fears around purchasing a new home. Mark is awesome and we highly recommend him for anyone looking to utilize the service of a Home Inspector.
