This company let us down in more ways than one, so we cancelled our project before it went into production. Now we're down our $5000 deposit and have a set of drawings that we're completely unsatisfied with. The customer service we received was poor, the design quality was less than impressive, and their reaction to our project cancellation showed a complete lack of integrity. My full review has been removed as a result of direct threats from the company owner, Frank, to sue me for leaving a bad review.
