Pierre in Niagara-on-the-lake

In October 2018, we decided to have new siding and a new “leaf proof” gutter system installed on our Niagara on the Lake bungalow. We wanted to dramatically improve its curb appeal as well as its resale value. We knew this was going to be a significant investment, so we were looking for an excellent supplier who could deliver on our expectations, from the initial step of providing a customized quote right through the successful completion of the project. We accepted quotes from a handful of suppliers. At that initial step, Quality Exteriors Systems clearly differentiated themselves, and got the business. Not only were they price competitive, but they were also good listeners who captured exactly what we were looking for i.e. a Wow effect, and maximum ROI. Steve, the sales representative, was professional from start to finish. He was punctual, sensitive to our needs, provided sound advice, managed our expectations, was always responsive, and was prompt and thorough with any follow up. That same spirit of professionalism was found with the installation crew (Greg, Nikita and Claude). They shared our attention to detail, and took pride in providing quality work, and ensuring our satisfaction with the end result. Throughout the project, we also appreciated the interactions with the owner(Manny) and the inside support team(Julia and Melissa). They were always on top of their game, and followed through on their commitments. Overall, we were very pleased with the outcome, we achieved the curb appeal improvement and “wow” effect we were after. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Quality Exterior Systems to anyone looking for a top notch supplier.
