Very popular company, mostly serving home builders. They did a good job but I had to have countertops replaced after 5 years and now again 5 years later the same problem happens. I guess the product from them only last 5 years ....not great. Tried to contact company few times via email but I got no reply. I don think they serve individuals as much as builders.

So sorry to hear that you have had troubles with your counter-top. Unfortunately Legacy does not produce the counter-top - it is outsourced from other companies, and is subject to their replacement policies. We appreciate you taking the time to make note of this as we need to strive to make sure the whole kitchen is done to the homeowners' satisfaction, including those parts we arrange.

I got a coupon to have these guys come to clean vents and inspect the furance also , clean the outside vent from the drier. Guys showed up had no idea waht there were to do. After I told them I had a coupon theiy di minimum work did not calen the vent from tthe dried and left rushing out. Ther was no comunication from the phone operator to the team. Dissapoited

After strong winds that we has in calgary lately ,some of my roof shingles came off . I had called several companies and was supriesed that most of them would not give me their price? Or tell me if and how long will iI have to wait, very frustureting.Anyway , This company did its job quiete good! I had my quote within 5 days and repair done as well , He even walked around to make sure nothing else was loose - no extra price for that . good servise, sometimes the oparator- anwering the phone is not very friendly.
