It was a renovation project after considerable water damage in the house on all three levels. I had interviewed four contractors before deciding to go with Develeco Constructions. The contractor has impressive work ethics. Their quote and pricing was the best among all four contractors I interviewed without compensating on the quality. Extensive work was done all over the house. New plumbing lines, drywall, HVAC, best quality hardwood floors and vinyl, baseboards and new led lighting all over the house. The powder room got an upgrade and the whole house got painted as well. We were very pleased when the project finished within the timelines given and the work done was more than satisfactory. Any problems that came up were tackled skillfully and in a professional manner. Will definitely be recommending DEVELECO Constructions to all my friends and family as well as contacting them for all our construction needs in the future.
