After I was told the job was complete, we installed dry wall and durin ginsurance inspection it was discovered that the duct work was not connected in the basement. When called there was no answer, therefore a text message was sent, he called back and said " I am not dropping what I am doing and showing up there, this was a job that should have been completed last year. Commenced to swear and hung up. Very unprofessional
