Mark at The Home Coach was professional and made us feel at home, pardon the pun! Not only was his review of our home detailed, the report was packed with info and images. During the inspection of the furnace, Mark discovered that the vent stack pipe was not firmly attached and was leaking deadly C02! Needless to say, Mark made it his priority to inform the Sellers of the danger this poses to their family; fortunately, they were able to arrange a call later that day to their HVAC provider to fix this important safety issue. This obviously reassured us that Mark was not only the right choice and committed to his Buyers, but the health and safety of BOTH families! After we moved in a few months later, we couldn't remember how to fire up our gas fireplace, so we emailed Mark and he sent us a link on how to start the pilot light, and he followed up with a call to make sure we got it! Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and great service by Mark and The Home Coach team. What more could we ask for!! Thanks Mark!
