Phillippe was incredibly nice, helpful and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. He described what he would be doing each step of the way and showed pictures of the progress. The before and after pictures are my favourite part. He went even further as to explain the condition of my furnace and how to ensure it's running most efficiently.
