Best skills and very patient for my basement renovation
Gavin (Guobing) is a very young man, but he worked like the guy who has worked in this industry for 20 years! My friend recommended him to renovate my basement and praised him a lot. Initially, I didn't trust him that much because of his age, so I kept an eye when he was working. After 2 days I just left him work alone because I believed he could get this done well. Gavin is very patient for all details and easy to communicate about what I need. I didn't have mature idea about the whole renovation, the plan was discussed and revised with him. His expertises help me make good choices for materials, lights and basement style. He kept working for about 1 week and finished all work. Even cleaned everything after he collected his stuff. Plus, the price is decent for me. I would like to recommend him to my friends if needed. Btw, Gavin can speak good Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
