I met Henry at the front and described to him the problem I was having with my S5 Samsung. He did a quick trouble shoot with me about what was happening and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the antenna and charger port immediately and the phone was fully functional again. I have already recommended him to some friends and will do so in the future.
