We had two separate instances of water entering our condo and needed the flooring replaced before we moved. Varant was very responsive and flexible with the work date to accommodate our very tight timeline. The work was done quickly and professionally. The cost was competitive with what we feel was fair and he went over and above while on the site replacing more floor than originally anticipated as he found more damage. Floor looks great, and enjoyed working with Varant. Will be in contact for future work as it arises.
