I would recommend using this company if you want to have a lot of your time wasted. This company has a problem with internal communications no concept of customer service. We agreed that the work would be done on a certain day and was told that the company works all year long. I arranged to work at home. It snowed that day. When no one showed up, I finally called the office at 11am and was told that "no one is working today". I asked if they had considered telling their customers of that fact and was told that the rep who booked the work should have called me. Over the following week or so, I had to call in EACH morning (sometimes twice) to find out if the crew would be working that day. Finally, after week of doing this, I was successful in getting Maize to agree to come that day and arranged to be home from work. As I had a meeting at 1pm I asked that the work be done first thing in the morning. I was assured that I was the first job and that the crew would show up at 8 or 8:30. I called at 9:45 as they had not shown up. I was told that the office manager would phone them to find out what was happening. She didn't. I phoned later still and the office manager finally called the crew only to learn that they were finishing a job in a nearby neighbourhood. I asked both the officer manager and the rep to factor in my time wasted and aggravation when preparing my bill. They did not.
