The staff was friendly and polite from the original phone call to the final installation. My home was always kept neat and tidy both outside and inside of the home while the job was being completed. They crew came on time the day they were scheduled to come which made it easy to plan our days around. What a difference new windows make!! We dont hear the noise from traffic and the home is much warmer now in the winter. Well done Lormac!! It was a pleasure doing business with you
