Purchased 1 window and 3 doors. Salesman was friendly and gave written quote. Installers were very professional and careful. Window seems fine. The doors were Cobra Doors 2000 and also has Novatech stickers. There were issues with the weather stripping on the doors. Also there was a problem with the seal for window on one door and frost on the bedroom window frame that caused melting moisture in the Spring. Northshield replaced the weather stripping on the doors twice and removed the window on the door and reinstalled. They added insulation and sealing around the bedroom window to correct the frost issue. Staff were always very friendly and responsive to my concerns. Humidity in the home can be part of the issue and must be controlled with tight fitting doors like this. Hopefully all issues are now corrected.
