Accessible. - Thorough and educated explanation of how septic system works and what he will be assessing and why. - Provided work reference (this website), credentials, gave us time to review contract before signing, patient with answering all of our questions. - Report well organized. - Sent us pics afterwards of all the points raised during inspection - Takes you along for inspection and uses infrared as a supportive tool during the process. - Would highly recommend.
