Sir, the second service call was to move the hot water tank away from the tank. You had been given the option to do this at the time of the new tank install at additional cost, but declined, assuring my 'sidekick'(who is a mechanical engineer - I take offence to your pejorative term) and I that your "fuel supplier would never not fill you".
