This project was already started by another contractor that made a complete mess of everything. Luc and his team came in with patience and skills and made everything right. This was not a easy talk as everything from the foundation to framing had to be redone. This was a 1 step forward and 2 steps back kind of job. Most contractor would of just walked way because of all the issue, but Luc came up with solutions and helped as much as he could. He went over and above to help the homeowner achieve there dream.
